They are also exactly the decisions that become tedious when their context disappears.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I keep a single plain-text log for these moments. It is searchable, opens everywhere, and requires no decision about where a note belongs before I can write it.&lt;/p&gt;
